No. Blockonomics is a payment processor, not a wallet. You must connect your own Bitcoin wallet (Ledger, Electrum, etc.) to your Blockonomics account. Payments are sent directly to that wallet — Blockonomics never holds your funds.If you don’t have a wallet yet, we recommend Electrum for desktop users.
Go to the Blockonomics login page and click Forgot Password. You’ll receive a reset link by email. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
Yes. Because Blockonomics is non-custodial, your Bitcoin is always in your own wallet — not on our servers. Even if Blockonomics were hacked, your funds could not be stolen. Your account credentials are protected with standard security practices, and you can enable 2FA for extra protection.
Yes. You can create multiple stores within a single Blockonomics account — useful if you run multiple websites. Each store has its own callback URL and can be linked to a different wallet.
Blockonomics supports Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and USDT. The available currencies depend on your integration — WordPress and PrestaShop support BTC and BCH. Check the relevant integration guide for details.
